Abstract
This research work was concluded on the effect of classroom control and management in teaching and learning process in Egor Local Government Area of Edo State. The study consisted of five chapters. In chapter one, the background to the study, purpose of the study, significance of the study and some research questions were highlighted. The research questions raised include;
i. Are trained teachers better equipped in the control o9f the classroom than untrained teachers?
ii. Are school principals involved in the control and management of classroom?
iii. Does the calling of register make the classroom noisy?
iv. Should the discipline of school children be left alone with the teachers?
v. Does the distribution of marked note books make the classroom noisy?
vi The weakness of students is due to the lack of teacher seriousness?
vii. Lack of proper home training can make the students to misbehave in the classroom?
viii. Frequent absence from school of the teacher makes the classroom uncontrollable?.
